Please print and complete the following forms. You must have all the forms and you're fingerprints done before you can be considered for employment.

*You do not need to get your fingerprints done again if you have had a live scan done within the past 5 years. There is only a $14 fee for a resubmission which has to be done through the director.

*Fingerprints must be completed at a location that does live scan fingerprinting including a picture. Below is a list of finger printing companies you can use if you choose to.

Training

Continued training

Dear applicant,

To start on your 40 clock hours all you need to do is go to the website “ myfl.com/childcare/training “once you search that in google the correct website to click on is "DCF Child Care Training". Then you will need to register to have an account. Once you finish registering you can start taking classes online. There is a fee per class. You will need 40hr of class training. Every class has different hours. Some classes are 8 hours, some are 4 hours etc. You will need to click on “instructor led” and “online course.” Once you click on that, click on “online course” and you can take all of your classes online. Some classes require you to show up in person to take exams in a classroom setting. Typically when this occurs you can schedule the date and time of your exam.
